How do refunds and exchanges work?

All refund, return, and exchange policies are determined by the vendor themselves. Most of the vendors in Candid will have their store's policy posted in their account under the terms and conditions section. If your vendor doesn't have any store policy posted you will need to reach out to them directly and request that info.
