Can I create orders on my phone?

Yes and no, here's why...

Currently, there is not a downloadable mobile app for Candid. It is entirely possible, however, if you have a decent internet connection to create an order on a smartphone. That being said, Candid was designed to work best on a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. Most catalogs for example will look and function better on a larger screen.

Our advice would be that in a pinch go ahead and use a smartphone for things like approving an order or paying an invoice. However for everyday use like order creation you should stick to using Candid on a device that is tablet size or larger. In the meantime, we will be continuing to make improvements to get Candid completely mobile-optimized in the near future.
