How to pre-approve orders from your buyers

From your catalog page you can select whether or not you want orders to be pre-approved for all your buyers:

You can also select individual customers to have specific order approval settings on the customer detail page:

If you prefer to pre-approve orders individually you can also do that at the order level as seen below:
