How to exclude your catalog from search

At Candid we take our customers privacy and security very seriously which is why we are always working on improving tools that can help you manage your account and control how buyers can view your wholesale products. We also individually verify each new sign-up so as to assure only verified buyers are accepted into Candid.

How to hide your products when sharing your catalog link

In Candid every seller gets a unique catalog link that they can then share with current and potential customers. Normally when you share this link the person on the receiving end can see everything in your catalog when they open the link. If you would like them to have them register first you can instead send them a link that will ask them to fill out a registration form before they can view your wholesale product catalog.

Head to Settings>Catalog Link and toggle the button to "YES":

Now when you share your catalog link with new buyers they will need to register for a Candid account before they can view your catalog products:

Once a buyer submits their registration, our team will then verify their account and make sure they are a legitimate wholesale retailer.

How to exclude your company from search

When a buyer in Candid begins a new purchase order from scratch they can search for a vendor using the list of companies already in Candid:

You can remove your company from public search under Settings>Search Listing

Then check the exclude box and click save:
