How to use Selling Signals to see who's been viewing your collections

Your Customers page includes Selling Signals, a tool that can be used to gauge the effectiveness of any outreach campaigns you have running. For example, if you share a catalog or storefront link with a customer and that customer opens the link that activity would show up under Selling Signals. By being able to see who's been visiting your catalog you can potentially use that info to turn views into sales.

Some examples of what you can do with Signals:

  • See who's been visiting your collections.
  • Track both logged-in users (by company name) and anonymous visitors (by city & state).
  • You can use this data to make contact with potential customers.
  • Use this info to see how well your store is performing and make important marketing decisions.
