How to send a message to your vendor

Candid makes it easy for buyers and sellers to communicate with each other all from right inside the order page. No more endless emailing back and forth, instead, you can send messages to each other directly from within your orders and see all your communication in one place.

To get started, find the order you want to send the message in regards to. You can view a list of your orders on your Orders page:

To send a message to a seller, simply open up the order you would like to send a message in regards to, and then click the Messages tab in the sidebar. Type your message and click send:

After you send a message you will also see it in your message history:
