On your platform who handles shipping fees?

Are you open to US customers only? Or global?

  • We are open to global customers who sell in USD. We currently do not have currency conversion capabilities but it is on our list for future improvements!

Does your platform provide an easy way to purchase/print shipping labels?

  • We integrate with ShipStation, which makes it easy to create and print shipping labels. More information about setting up ShipStation and integrating it with your Candid account can be found here.

Does Candid have special shipping rates arranged with carriers?

  • We do not currently have special rates with any specific carriers.

Can I use Candid to print packing slips?

  • Yes. You can print packing slips, invoices and more using the PDF print function found on the order form - click here to learn more.

How are shipping notifications handled?

  • If you have a shipping integration configured, you can choose to have Candid automatically send a shipping confirmation email when the order is marked shipped via the Integrations page:

How do I set my default shipping & payment terms?

  • You can set your default shipping & payment terms on the Customize Catalog page in your account:Note: You can also override these preset defaults for an individual customer via that customer's record page. You can view a list of your customers on the Customers Page in your Candid account.
